Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress + Hauser Prosonic S FMU90-R12CB161AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ipo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sadhu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Goring-Kerr product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ipo such as the THETIS15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Sintecskf2 manufactured by Sadhu and we are pleased to be able to service most Sadhu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TEK21DSP by Manufacturer Goring-Kerr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sola Brand SDU850 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as S71500 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QPJMBP201 made by Modicon as well as the popular V710CM original spares produced by Fuji

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S7830A1005 by Honeywell and S71500 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UG221HSR4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji.
